Terms of service.

Short terms for a small, careful service in an invite-only beta.

Draft — pending operator approval These terms have not yet been reviewed or adopted by the operator, and several items marked “operator decision” are unconfirmed. They are not yet in force.

The service

TaskBridge mirrors Linear issues assigned to you into your Todoist and brokers completion back under lifecycle rules you configure per Linear team. It never edits, renames, or deletes Linear issues; it never reads or writes your personal Todoist planning fields. Product behavior is documented at docs and the boundaries at field ownership.

Beta status

  • Access is by invitation and may be granted, limited, or revoked by the operator at any time.
  • The service is currently provided free of charge. If that changes, existing users will be informed before any charge applies.
  • Features, limits, and these terms may change during the beta; material changes will be published on this page before they take effect.

Your responsibilities

  • You connect your own Linear and Todoist accounts and must be entitled to use them this way (for example, under your employer’s policies for the Linear workspace).
  • Your use of Linear and Todoist remains governed by their own terms. Linear and Todoist are trademarks of their respective owners; TaskBridge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
  • Keep your sign-in email account secure — it is the key to your TaskBridge account.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The operator works to keep bridges correct and truthful — that is the point of the product — but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop at any time: disconnect your providers (token ciphertext is deleted immediately) and ask the operator to remove your account. The operator may suspend or end the beta, or individual access, with reasonable notice where practical.

Operator decisions — not yet confirmed

Pending operator approval The following require the operator’s decision before these terms can be adopted:
  • The legal name and address of the operating party.
  • Governing law and venue.
  • A concrete liability cap, if any, appropriate to the jurisdiction.
